Character Analysis
The character that shows the strong leadership automatically takes the leadership’s role before anyone chooses who should be leader is Ralph. He tries to find if there are others on the island that was on the plane with them. He takes responsibility in calling everyone who survived and has a meeting using a conch. He notices that there are others in the island that comes to the call of the conch. Some boys in a uniform come last, and they are perfectly organized and behaved and their leader Jack is a strong leader. Jack and Ralph make decisions that would be good for the people. They talk about making rules and governing each other. So they decide on who should be Chief of everyone. The majority chooses Ralph as their leader. Ralph is the Chief and Jack is mad at not being named Chief. Ralph makes everyone have a role in their survival. Ralph decides that he and the Choirboys will be responsible for hunting. And everyone else will be responsible for making two shelters.

I think this person is doing a wonderful job!!!
Same question. . .can these boys think about safety and security if they're hungry?
This Blog was put is a summary of leadership on the island. It talks about how Ralph would me the man for the job and it also gives good reasons why Jack would be the man for the job. Then at the end it has the winner and there reactions. But I do have a question for you. How do you think the story will be different if both groups stuck together followed Maslow's Law.
